My Saved Tours
This feature allows you save tours from our current brochures, so that you can review them at a later stage.
When you are browsing tours, simply click on the “Save to My Trafalgar” link found at the top-right of the page. On your next return to the Community section, your tours are automatically added to the “My Saved Tours” and “My Brochure” panels. You can also delete tours from the list.
My E-Cards
Send an online postcard to your family and friends.
You are able to add a group of recipients, by entering their first name, surname and email address. Once you’ve entered this information, click on the save button. With at least one member in your list, you are able to send the postcard by clicking on the “Send an E-Card” link.
Step 1: Five Trafalgar Tours postcards are available to send. Simply click on the image you wish to use.
You can also upload and send the card using an image of your own. Click on “Upload your image”, and then search for the image on your computer. Once uploaded, you can decide on which parts of the picture you would like to use – click and drag the red dotted border to resize and move the selection area. When you’re happy with the selection, click OK. Your image now appears on the postcards page. Click on the image to go to the next step.
Step 2: The page for displays your image, all your available recipients and has an area for you to enter a message. To select another picture, click on the “Change” button above the image (this will take you back to step 1). Once you have selected the relevant recipients, enter your message and then click on the “Send” button.
Tours Reunited
Get in contact with friends you’ve met on previous Trafalgar Tours.
First you will need to pick the tour you were on – this is found in the drop-down list under “Add a Tour”. Then, select the date on which your departed from the next list. Once you’ve found the date, click on “Add”.
Your past tour now appears in the list – if friends from the same tour have added it to their list, they will show up as a member in the panel below. You can also view their profile in the “Member Profile” panels by clicking on the “Profile” link.
My Profile
Here you are able to add your personal details, including a photo of yourself. Adding a picture works in the same way as the E-Cards – all you need to do is click on the “Upload your image”, select the image on your computer, resize the visible area (if needed) and then upload.
To allow other members to view your details, tick the checkbox under the “Show on Public Profile” column.
Once you have completed your profile settings, please click on “Update”.
My Brochure
Create a printable brochure of all your favorite tours with Trafalgar’s Virtual Brochure.
• Search for tours using the Tour Finder.
• Save tours to your Virtual Brochure by clicking 'Save to My Trafalgar'
• View all your saved tours in the 'Saved Tours' section of My Trafalgar
• To create your Virtual Brochure with all your saved tours enter the 'My Virtual Brochure' section.
• Click Button 1 - 'Create Virtual Brochure'. This will create your PDF Virtual Brochure.
• Click Button 2 'View Virtual Brochure'.
Your Virtual Brochure will open and you will be able to Print or Save it.
(If you are unable to view the PDF Virtual Brochure you will need to download Adobe Reader).
