Thank you for choosing Trafalgar Tours. To ensure you have a fantastic and hassle-free holiday experience we would like to confirm your details prior to the departure of your tour. All members of your party can individually log in (on the condition that all names were submitted at the time of booking), alternatively the lead passenger can check-in for your group - it's up to you.

Express Check-In must be completed 15 days prior to the commencement of your tour and it will take about 10 minutes to enter your information. Please ensure you have your passport and emergency contact details handy. If you do not wish to take advantage of our Express Check-In facility you will be required to fill in this information on the first day of your tour.

If you are a Trafalgar River Cruise client, or traveling on one of our tours of China, you do not need to check-in.
